The process

Zoo licensing is a complex area and we liaise with Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) when assessing new applications and carrying out inspections. If you are considering applying, you should contact us first to discuss the matter. Notification of intent and application forms are available please contact licensing@melton.gov.uk.
