Housing Perks is an app with exclusive discounts on every day spending to help you save money on the essentials.
We have signed up to this, and it is available locally for our tenants.
By downloading the app you will get access to exclusive offers and discounts of up to 10% with over 100 brands and stores, to help you save money with everyday spending. The free app will help you to save money on the essentials such as:

- School uniforms and equipment
- Home furnishings & DIY
- Family days out

How to sign up
It’s free, quick and easy to sign up, but it is only available to our tenants.
- Go to your app store and search "Housing Perks"
- Download the app
- Enter your mobile phone number
- Select Melton Borough Council from the list
- Enter your Payment reference. You'll find this on your rent statements (or you can contact us on 01664 502502 or contactus@melton.gov.uk to get it)
- Start saving!

Each voucher is different so you should always check the expiry date. They can vary between 3 months and 5 years., but is usually they will last for 2 years.
Make sure to turn the screen on your phone up to full brightness. If your screen is damaged you may need to print the voucher out.
