Our Repairs and Maintenance tender is open for applications

We are pleased to announce that, following Cabinet approval of the procurement principals on 16 July, the tender to secure a new Repairs and Maintenance partner(s) has been released into the public domain.

This is an important milestone in our journey to enhance the quality of our service to tenants, while diligently maintaining our housing stock and delivering cost efficiencies.
